Kas Sandy Coast – A cozy and modern villa in Sabal Palm, Belnem. As soon as you enter the house, you feel the relaxed ambiance. Natural colors and materials are used and being located in a quiet residential area, makes this a perfect place for a couple or small family.

The house has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living area is mostly outdoor on the covered porch where you’ll find quality lounge sets and a dining area. It is connected with the indoor kitchen area which is equipped with all modern appliances you need for your home cooked meals. The house has a great balance of living indoor and outdoor. Build with the Bonaire tradewinds in mind, it has a great breeze coming through the house.

The villa features a beautiful magnesium swimming pool with pool deck and sunbeds.

The name Kas Sandy Coast was carefully chosen by owner Sandy, not only because it’s her name and ‘Sand’ and ‘Coast’ fits Bonaire,  but it’s also a homage to the great Dutch singer/songwriter Hans Vermeulen, who has inspired her in many ways. Vermeulen was the founder of the band ‘Sandy Coast’ in the 60’s and widely known for his single ‘The eyes of Jenny’.
